Version terms-v1-2026-09-01 · Last updated: 2026-09-01
1. General Provisions
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and provision of ground transportation services offered by GODANDI & SONS TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, RFC GAS160815SVA, with registered address at Lorenzo Boturini #215, C.P. 06820, Ciudad de México, México (“Godandi”, “we”, “us”).
1.2 These Terms apply to every reservation made through our website, our reservation system, or any official booking channel we operate.
1.3 Our Privacy Notice governs how we handle personal data and forms part of the agreement between you and Godandi.
1.4 By completing a reservation you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
2. Definitions
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Booking | A confirmed reservation for a transportation service. |
| Client | The person or company that makes and pays for a Booking. |
| Passenger | The person who travels. May or may not be the Client. |
| Transportation Provider | The licensed carrier that operates the vehicle and employs the chauffeur. |
| Pickup Time | The date and time agreed for the start of the service. |
| Estimated Distance | The route distance calculated by our reservation system between the pickup and drop-off addresses. |
| Grace Period | The waiting time included in the fare at no additional cost. |
3. Contractual Relationship and Formation of the Contract
3.1 Godandi arranges ground transportation services. The services are performed by professional Transportation Providers licensed to operate in the applicable jurisdiction.
3.2 A booking request does not create a contract. The contract is formed only when Godandi issues a written booking confirmation containing a 5-digit confirmation number (e.g. 53787).
3.3 Godandi may decline a booking request at its discretion, including where no vehicle is available, the destination is outside our service area, or the requested service cannot be performed safely or lawfully. If a request is declined after payment, the full amount is refunded.
3.4 The confirmation states the vehicle category, pickup time, addresses and total fare. The confirmation prevails over any prior quotation.
4. Eligibility and Account
4.1 The Client must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
4.2 Unaccompanied minors are not transported. A Passenger under 18 must travel with a responsible adult.
4.3 The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, including addresses, flight numbers, contact telephone and number of passengers. Godandi is not liable for a failed service caused by incorrect information supplied by the Client.
5. The Service
5.1 The service includes a vehicle of the booked category, a professional chauffeur, fuel, tolls, parking at the pickup location, and applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise in the confirmation.
5.2 Airport arrivals. Where a flight number is provided, we monitor the flight and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing time at no cost. Where no flight number is provided, the pickup time is fixed as booked and delays are at the Client’s risk.
5.3 Route. The chauffeur selects the route based on traffic and safety conditions. The Client may request a specific route; where this materially increases the distance, §7.4 applies.
5.4 Additional stops must be requested in advance. Unscheduled stops are subject to availability and may generate additional charges under §8.
5.5 Godandi may substitute the assigned vehicle for another of the same category or higher, at no additional cost, without this constituting a breach.
6. Vehicle Categories, Capacity and Luggage
6.1 Each vehicle category has a maximum number of passengers and luggage pieces. The stated capacity is a maximum, not a guarantee that all luggage will fit. Oversized items (skis, golf bags, musical instruments, wheelchairs) must be declared at the time of booking.
6.2 If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the booked category, the chauffeur may decline to transport the excess. In that case the service is treated as performed and no refund is due.
6.3 Child seats. Mexican law requires appropriate restraint systems for children. Child seats must be requested at the time of booking. If a required child seat was not requested, the chauffeur may decline the service, treated as a no-show under §9.5.
6.4 Assistance animals are transported at no additional cost. Other pets must be declared in advance and travel in an appropriate carrier.
7. Fares and Payment
7.1 How the fare is calculated. Fares for point-to-point transfers are calculated as a minimum fare covering an initial distance, plus a per-mile rate applied to the distance beyond it, according to the vehicle category and the applicable rate matrix.
7.2 The distance used is the Estimated Distance calculated by our reservation system between the addresses supplied by the Client. This distance may differ from the distance shown by third-party mapping services or from the distance actually driven. The fare shown at the time of booking is the fare charged.
7.3 The fare quoted in the confirmation is fixed and final for the service as booked. Traffic, actual route taken or trip duration do not modify it.
7.4 The fare is recalculated where the Client changes the pickup or drop-off address, adds stops, or changes the vehicle category. The difference is charged before the service is performed.
7.5 Currency. Fares may be displayed in Mexican pesos (MXN) or United States dollars (USD). The currency shown at the time of booking is the currency charged. Where the Client’s card is issued in a different currency, the conversion rate and any related fees are determined by the card issuer, not by Godandi.
7.6 Payment is processed at the time of booking through PayPal Holdings, Inc. Godandi does not store card data. See our Privacy Notice for details.
7.7 Charges arising after the service — waiting time (§8), cleaning or damage (§10.4) — are charged to the payment method on record. Godandi will notify the Client of any such charge with supporting evidence.
8. Waiting Time and Additional Charges
8.1 Grace Period. Every booking includes waiting time at no additional cost:
| Pickup type | Grace Period | Counted from |
|---|---|---|
| Airport arrival | 30 minutes | Actual landing time of the flight |
| Airport departure | 15 minutes | Scheduled pickup time |
| Address, hotel or any other location | 15 minutes | Scheduled pickup time |
8.2 Waiting charge. After the Grace Period, a waiting charge of $10 USD per each 15 minutes or fraction thereof applies, charged to the payment method on record.
8.3 The Grace Period is not cumulative and is not refundable or convertible into service time if unused.
8.4 Waiting time is measured from the moment the chauffeur is present and available at the agreed pickup location. Where the Passenger cannot be located, §9.5 applies.
8.5 Other additional charges:
| Concept | When it applies |
|---|---|
| Additional stop | Unscheduled stop requested during the service |
| Route or destination change | Recalculated under §7.4 |
| Cleaning fee | §10.4 |
| Damage | §10.4 |
9. Changes, Cancellations and No-Show
9.1 Channels. Cancellations and modifications are handled by our team and must be requested through:
- WhatsApp: +52 55 5508 0558 (24/7)
- Email: info@godandiandsons.com (response within 12 business hours)
Requests submitted through the website contact form or social media are not processed as cancellations. The request takes effect when we acknowledge it in writing.
9.2 Information required: 5-digit confirmation number (e.g. 53787), full name of the Client, and scheduled date and time of the service.
9.3 Cancellation schedule. Refunds are calculated on the time remaining before the scheduled Pickup Time:
| Cancelled | Refund | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| More than 24 hours before | 100% | No vehicle or chauffeur committed yet |
| Between 12 and 24 hours before | 50% | Vehicle assigned and chauffeur reserved |
| Less than 12 hours before | 0% | Chauffeur assigned and vehicle blocked exclusively |
9.4 Modifications. Changes of time, pickup point, destination or vehicle category are subject to availability.
| Change | Cost |
|---|---|
| Time change, more than 12 hours before | No charge, subject to availability |
| Time change, less than 12 hours before | Treated as cancellation under §9.3 and rebooking |
| Address or destination change | Fare recalculated under §7.4 |
| Vehicle category change | Fare recalculated; downgrades refund the difference |
9.5 No-show. A no-show occurs where the Passenger does not appear at the agreed location within the Grace Period plus any waiting period paid under §8.2, and does not respond to contact attempts by telephone and WhatsApp at the number provided in the booking.
A no-show is treated as a service performed. No refund applies.
9.6 Cancellation by Godandi. Where Godandi cancels a confirmed booking for reasons attributable to us, the Client receives a 100% refund, regardless of the timing. Where possible we will offer a replacement vehicle first.
9.7 Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days from confirmation of the cancellation. For international payments, currency conversion and availability of funds depend on the issuing bank.
10. Passenger Obligations and Conduct
10.1 The Passenger must comply with applicable traffic law, including the use of seat belts and child restraint systems.
10.2 Smoking, vaping and the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances inside the vehicle are prohibited.
10.3 The chauffeur may terminate the service where the Passenger behaves in a manner that endangers the safety of the vehicle or its occupants, is under evident influence of alcohol or drugs to a degree that compromises safety, or is aggressive towards the chauffeur. The service is treated as performed and no refund is due.
10.4 The Client is responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by the Passenger beyond ordinary use. Cleaning and repair charges are applied to the payment method on record, supported by photographic evidence and the corresponding invoice from the Transportation Provider.
11. Lost Items
11.1 Godandi is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
11.2 Where an item is found, we will make reasonable efforts to identify the Passenger and arrange return. Delivery costs are borne by the Client. Unclaimed items are held for 30 calendar days.
12. Liability
12.1 Godandi arranges transportation performed by licensed Transportation Providers. The Transportation Provider is responsible for the operation of the vehicle and carries the insurance required by law for passenger transport.
12.2 Godandi is liable for damages caused by its own wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
12.3 Godandi is not liable for: delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, demonstrations, accidents or acts of authority; missed flights or connections; consequential or indirect damages, including loss of profit; or losses arising from incorrect information supplied by the Client.
12.4 Where liability is established and is not excluded by law, it is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
12.5 Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by Mexican law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Force Majeure
13.1 Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, blockades, strikes, acts of authority, and airport or road closures.
13.2 Cancellations by the Client caused by qualifying events are evaluated individually and may receive a full refund or a credit for a future service, at Godandi’s determination:
| Event | Evidence required |
|---|---|
| Flight cancelled or diverted by the airline | Airline notification or booking record |
| Documented medical emergency | Medical certificate |
| Official mobility restriction | Public announcement by the authority |
13.3 Evidence must be provided within 7 calendar days of the scheduled service. A missed flight caused by the Passenger arriving late at the airport is not a qualifying event.
14. Invoicing (CFDI)
14.1 Godandi issues invoices under CFDI 4.0. Tax data must be provided within the same calendar month in which the service was paid.
14.2 Invoices requested after that period are subject to the limitations of the tax authority’s platform and may not be possible to issue.
14.3 Tax data must match the Client’s current Constancia de Situación Fiscal. Godandi is not responsible for invoices rejected due to incorrect data supplied by the Client.
15. Amendments to these Terms
15.1 Godandi may amend these Terms. Material amendments are announced on this page at least 15 calendar days before they take effect.
15.2 The version in force at the time a booking is confirmed governs that booking, regardless of any subsequent amendment. Previous versions remain available at /terms/archive.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
16.2 For the interpretation and performance of these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ciudad de México, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
16.3 Nothing in this section limits the rights available to consumers under the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor, including the right to bring a complaint before PROFECO.
16.4 Where these Terms are published in more than one language, the Spanish version prevails in the event of discrepancy.
